If Barack Obama cares so much about the military, why did he vote against funding troops in Iraq?

by admin on March 28, 2010

This is the primary reason why I will never vote for Barack Obama. His running mate Joe Biden did vote to fund the troops, but Barack Obama did not.

I don’t care about flag pins or if he remembers the name on his bracelet, I judge Barack Obama on his record.

He voted against getting soliders in Iraq the equipment they needed to pursue military actions.

I will be voting this November for John McCain.

Your thoughts please

Probably to gain popularity with the ultra-left.

Which is annoying, because i agree with the ultra-left over a number of issues, and it makes me angry that people would use such honest intentions for their own gain.

Oh PLEASE. John McCain has CONSISTENTLY voted against our Military.

It is John McCain who has voted against our Troops and Vets. It is John MCCain who has a D rating with Iraq and Afghanistan Vets; It is John McCain who has a 20% rating with Our Disabled Veterans of America; It is John McCain who openly threatens 2 countries–Russia and Iran–while our service members are fighting wars on 2 fronts, overdeployed, and under rested. It is John McCain who didn’t vote for the GI bill,; It is John McCain who says ‘there will be more wars in ‘other nations’ throughout the century’.
