So you get all your money from the government or from a private business? A small business perhaps? A small business that probably relies on a bigger business for certain things (home depot for painting your office, office max for a printer)? Would you not want your small business to get bigger and attempt to make as much profit as possible creating more and more jobs, or will you grow the business to a certain level and say, I have enough?
