Why Barack Obama always wants long term solutions when it comes to solving OUR problems, but did not want wait and gain any experience when in came to HIS presidintial ambitions.
It seems that MY insignificant problems, like $4.70 gas, can wait until 2030, but for himself he demands what he wants HERE and NOW.

I don’t believe our problems at the pump are going to be solved overnight. Truth is, the government should have been working on a solution to this problem many years ago. I’m not really sure where you got this question from, i.e., Obama said it can wait until 2030. From the clip I just heard on TV, McCain wants to begin a process now that would show real triumph over the gas problem, however, might not see definitive solutions until 2030. I could be wrong, but that’s what I got out of it. Obama was maligning the fact that it would take that long.
We are just getting into the primaries now and allegations are going to start flying from both sides. It will be hard to keep up with. Really, I don’t expect to agree with either candidate all of the time, but will be impressed with experience and proven results from either candidate. Guess which one I’m leaning toward

Obama thinks we can all wait for gas prices to come down while they save the environment of the coastlines by not drilling….Well, the coastlines will be all pristine, with everyone broke and starving.
